Policies and Terms
1. Rates are based on a one-year contract with a 30-day mutual cancellation option. Rates and
time slots may change at any time and are not guaranteed in advance.
2. Payment and tape/DVD must be received two business days prior to airing, i.e. Thursday at
10am for airing Saturday or Sunday or Monday.
3. Payment can be by check (made out to "Community Television") or major credit card. If 12
weeks are paid in advance, 13th week is free. (Advanced payments for 23 weeks covers 26
weeks) If 45 weeks are paid in advance, seven weeks are free.
4. Technical formats include DVD or Beta, a 15 minute program is 13:50, a 30 minute program is
28:30; an hour program is 58:30. Programmer assumes all responsibility for providing quality
programs on time.
5. With all paid programs WATC will air free client-supplied 30-second program promotions for the life of the contract. WATC's schedule is listed in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and on the electronic cable TV Guide Channel. Your program title should be limited to three words
because of space requirements.
6. WATC offers in-studio production starting at $2,000 to produce and air four 30 minute shows. Programmer must have a Producer and submit scripts at planning meeting. 50% deposit required.
7. Teen/youth programs air at 4:30pm during the week - the rate is $250 per airing
